Yes but their forum is conveniently down for maintenance.

Definitely the passing of a legend but from what I saw on tv and from people I know who dealt with him in person he wasn't the best person to work for.

WHITTIER, Calif. (AP) - Car-building legend Boyd Coddington, whose testosterone-injected cable TV reality show "American Hot Rod" introduced the nation to the West Coast hot rod guru, has died. He was 63.

Coddington died at Whittier's Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday. Coddington's La Habra office spokeswoman Amanda Curry wouldn't disclose the cause of death.

Coddington, who started building cars when he was 13, set a standard for his workmanship and creativity, with his popular "Cadzilla" creation considered a design masterpiece. The customized car based on a 1950s Cadillac was built for rocker Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.

I agree. It's sad. I wonder what the cause of his death was.
I saw him and his wife 2 years back at the AC Classic Car show.

For all his faults, Boyd was still one of the OGs of the high end hot rod. I liked his show, all the "drama" made me laugh. RIP, Boydster!

"Most often, he customized 1932 Ford "little deuce coupes.""

Yea, more like his bunch of trained monkeys fabricating one with a fiberglass body, and half assed at that. Sucks he died. I was not a fan of his though.
