because not everyone's car lives in a garage for the winter

it needs to be able to drive in the snow because plenty of people drive their cars independent of the weather conditions..

I wouldn't hold my breath.. I know none of my 2nd gens can do anything in more than 1/2 inch of snow... I remember horror stories of your 'hawk, and i was out in the snow the other night in my z, that wasn't pleasant either. Why break tradition?

These were taken in Sweeden, and as you can tell by the larger brakes and more promonent exhaust tips, that this could be a high output V8 model.
The Fbodfather himself got into a "Fbodies suck in the snow" fight on cz28, and said that when the engineers from Bosche came back to him, they said that a 150lb bag of something in the back and slow speeds will make this car drive fine in snow.
The same 4 channel ABS/TC system used on the fbody were used on BMW's and Porsche.
And no....no AWD. The AWD system from the TB or any truck would not fit under the Camaro.

ive driven all of my camaros in the snow with no problems

Best Camaro I ever had in the snow was my first car. It was a 1969 conv with 2 speed automatic and 307 with 2.73 gears and non posi. The first gen convertibles had floating weights out in all 4 corners to reduce the chance of the body flexing in but I think it helped in the snow. I had that car in college in Rochester NY in the winter. Never had a problem in the snow with it other than no rear defrost!
