Great first period.

I don't think the Flyers can get into a shootout with the Rangers though, too much fire power is out injured.

great game, some really bad noncalls (naturally) but still a very fun game to watch

I hate the shootout with a passion.

You battle for 65 minutes and it comes down to one person.

GREAT game...the Rangers should have won without overtime though.

Shootouts are better then long useless OT. Go NYR!

i like the idea of 10 minute OT and 5 man SO.

I like the 4 on 4 OT too.

I disagree. At least in OT you're actually playing the game as a team.

I'd love to see a 10 minute overtime.

Backman sucks. 8 penalties in 4 periods. Good thing he got the 4th goal tho... ahhh, he still sucks

Rosival looked a little shaky out there too.

They used to be 10 minutes, right? Ugh, 10 minutes of dancing, everyone happy with 1 point.

Rosival looked a little shaky out there too.everyone on D did, probably cause of the early start time and AHL-Like schedule as of late.

When they went to 1pt to make it to OT and 2pts for a win it opened up a lot.

Shootout sucks because they don't use it in the playoffs so why use it in regular season. The 4 on 4 OT is great to watch so 10 minutes worth should do the job. If nobody wins outright then they should both get 1 point. Nobody should get 2 points for a shootout.
