FS: ls1 6.0 long block cheap!!

for sale is a 6.0 ls1 / ls2 engine with 80,000 miles for $900 obo it was pulled from a 99 chevy silverado. it is a complete long block, heads, valve covers, coils everything...

is this the same as the ls1 motors? or better? i have no idea. sorry im a import guy and know little about the ls2's im lookin to do a v8 swap in a 240. but i know the ls1 is 5.7

its the same size as the ls2 6.0 but its the same harness as the ls1 basically its a bigger ls1 engine. all i would do is put a nice cam in it and go.

isnt it an iron block? it should be an lq4

if its out of a truck it is an iron block, these engines are great for boost...

lol yeah thats iron, so really, its not basically a bigger LS1 engine.. Good for boost like stated above

yes its lq4 but most of the ppl that buy this for projects dont understand what the lq4 is easier to say ls1 lol. but yes it is a iron lq4 block same that i have in my vette that takes 350+ shot of nitrous :). was gonna build a boost engine for one of my camaros but ive since sold but of them, now i have an engine that needs a home!
