Hey there. I havent posted here in a dogs age. Site looks really good and I got here by clicking the banner on my f-quick page. If you dont know who I am, my name is Jay and i helped run First State F-body Assoc. I am here to announce to you all that after 7 years of life, the FSFBA is shutting down. We have stagnated in membership and tried to get more activity over the past 2 years and gotten no where. We are going to regroup as the new First State GM Performance Assoc. If you are a member at FSFBA, you will be transferred to the new club. I am posting on a few regional forums to 1. tell yall that FSFBA is no longer and 2. help get the new club out. We are opening up to all GM performance vehicles like all chevy SS vehicles, Pontiac GT cars, Buick and Olds performance vehicles, etc. Basically any and all GM performance oriented cars and trucks. We feel that opening up to this segment will allow us to continue to grow as a club. We thought long and hard bout this desecision and came to the realization that we were a small niche group in a even smaller State. I applaud you guys for your continued growth and for the help you have given FSFBA in the past. www.fsfba.com will point to the new club and the changes will be finalized next week. I am off for Spring Break!! well enough rambling for now. THANKS!!

Hey Jay, didn't see this until now, but I did get the email about the change.

Sucks to see another F-body club go, but hopefully this will help you guys to grow and thrive as a community. We'll still try to shout invites out to you guys about our South Jersey meets and stuff.

I hope it helps too. We were just at a standstill. We really did try a lot of stuff here locally, just dont have the same motivaed group as NJ has. With the addition of new vehicles and new blood we should be able to pull off good things soon, but it is like atasrting over again.
