i ordered the block off plates for the egr and 9th injector and they should be here soon so today i removed the egr setup only to discover missing lines and where it runs into the throttle body completely clogged lol.

Why remove the cold start injector?
A lot of times, they leak, and they're expensive to replace. Plus, by deleting it and upgrading to the '89 F_body code, you get the better MAF programming, and '89s didn't use the CSI, they had enrichment programmed through the other 8 injectors. My car runs much better on the '89 code and !9th injector.

Since you got everthing apart might as well do some porting to your plenum.

haha yea thanks steve, another bonus i didnt even no about!
ive been thinkin about porting it for a while but never got around to it, and wont this time around, its gettin put back together tomarrow

Too bad it gets hidden by the plenum.
Not busting on you, but that manifold could use a nice bead blasting. I had my friend do mine on my old TPI one before I sold it .. looked BRAND new.
