That's crazy....and the article says they can't be charged with any crime until they are 13.

so they have 4 and 5 years to follow through, that ridiculous...if you can plot a crime you can do the time for it..but im sure they will blame it on Grand Theft Auto video game or Marylin Manson...but not the parents

how so? history was pretty nasty from what i heard. its not getting any better, but i don't really see it as worse. in terms of violence.
