You should have seen my 2000 SS when I ran the Seafoam through it. Much worse than that and I did it twice! The LS1 cars have a problem with the PCV setup pulling oil into the intake and I could see the oil buildup on the TB so I decided to do the Seafoam twice. You should see when you drive it down the road at 3-4000 rpm's! I had a white smoke trail for about 2 miles and it cleared up just as I went around a corner and passed a cop. It definitely helped the car even with only 42K miles on it. I now run a filter on the PCV setup to catch the extra oil.

I figured that was what you did since your motor sounded super advanced when you intially tried to start it.

I wouldn't put the blame on the seafoam then .............

arent you only supposed to use 1/3 of a can, slowly pouring it?

Slowly pour it in or the car will stall out... But I always use the entire can.

I was cleaning out the carb with gum cutter, than started it with a can of gum cutter in there...shot huge flames...it was awesome....I've done this a few times before whole can in the carb. takes about 20mins but the car runs freakin awesome when I'm done
