View Full Version : VFN fiberglass... opinions?
my friend is looking to buy some fiberglass components and VFNs prices seem pretty fair. Personally ive never dealt with them so i dont know their fit and finish first hand. i am pretty sure at least a few people have their products so i'm looking to get some opinions for him and see if they are worth it. It would all be pin on/lift off parts. Thanks

I do not own anything that they have made but I have seen a bunch of their products and they all look pretty good. Better than Harwood and all the "common" companies.

i bought a new hood off them, came in on friday. I couldn't be happier but then again i haven't installed it on the car yet. but from what i hear, the fit and finish is top notch

sunoco with no line. i can pick the thing up myself, and the quality is phenomenal. i'd definitely recommend them bearing it doesn't fit like garbage when i put it on. customer service is pretty darn good and they are holding a GP soon. shipping took ~5 weeks from the time i ordered it.

My hood is from VFN, great fit, needed a little extra finish work to fill a couple pinholes but nothing big, i would recommend them

I can wait to order mine I think I'm gonna get the line in it. I need to get this trans done first though and just buying the motor for the 86 the flow is pretty low....

I have heard great things about VFN. In about a month I'm going to order a Sunoco hood. So ill be putting some pic's up.
the order ended up not going to VFN, but to Glasstek instead. It just happened VFN didnt offer one version of the hood that glasstek did. The product recieved was awesome and will be going for paint in the next few weeks.
a pin on hatch was going to be ordered, but a custom modified stock one is in the works instead due to some appearence reasons.
