Hey a few guys I know and myself were cruising around last weekend around the way and was wondering if there's anyway we can get some nice cars together for a lot meet or something, there isnt much of a car scene here anymore but it would be nice to park up and have some nice cars and **** to look at and bs around

We meet every 2nd tuedsay of the month, usually in the Hamilton area. Plus with summer coming, we usually post cruises & such we might go to here or in the other events section.

i dont wanna go driving around with just a bunch of camaro's and firebirds.
gets kinda redundant with all the same cars...i was just seeing if anyone
with all different types of cars to meet up, hang out...check out some rides...who knows...i dont know...maybe i just wish for the good old days in
philly before f&f ruined it

They are talking about the Shadybrook Farms car show tonight in Newtown, PA, just across the I95 bridge.

It's not make specific, so there should be tons of different cars there.

im trying to get a ton of people with modded cars to get together somewhere in the area, not to be posted publicly. Philly used to be pretty good with the meets, so did L-town and a few other places. I'm not trying to setup any street racing or anything...hamilton cops would have a field day with that...but just to hang out and some cruising and whatever...kind of like how toms river used to be too. Eff man, i just wanna check out what kind of cars there are in the area...ive seen a few cool cars around, but no one meets

mostly rice, but a bunch of car hang at the dunkin donuts on sloan & quakerbridge. Not sure when. Not my scene, lol. Ask angry phil, lol

Mike
04-29-2008, 10:45 PM
dont need to be racing, you will get kicked out of anywhere around here because they automatically associate you with the dip****s

I could talk to the owner of a local sub shop in hamilton market place they may be more then happy to have us around especially if they get business from it meets would have to start rather early though around 6pm as they close at 8:00-8:30 but i dont think they'd mind as long as no one is being an ******* they should be able to say they are hosting it to keep rent a cops away

That is the key - business/property owner's permission and supporting the business that allows it.

Well next time im in there ill ask him my current business supports him quite a bit on the weekends and all the girls in there know me so i dont think it will be much of a problem with the owner unless the people they lease the stores from have problems with it.

do that, id think hamilton market place would be a good place to meet up too...close to the highways for everyone...let us know man, i dont really care if rice is there or not, as long as people refrain from calling attention..ive seen some pretty quick imports around here...especially an sr20de-t 240...most of em are just grocery getters though

does this particular 240 happen to be dark red? if so i went to school with the kid and unless hes done a ton of work to it its not all that fast

NastyEllEssWon
04-30-2008, 10:10 PM
it is red, kinda like a maroon color...its gave my moms turbo pt cruiser a run for its money...thats pretty quick for a 240....not enough for the ls1 though

yea thats probably the same kid the car is a hack job and doesnt even run right i think it ran high 14's after he told everyone itll run low 12's high 11's easy. Then tried to say since its set up for drifting he cant drag race because it just spins

Yeah tell that to my mildly bolt-on lt1 that beat up on quite a few modified LS1 cars. Knipps now owns the car. Ask Jake -Qwikz28- he will tell ya all about that :-)

quick is low 14's - high 12's then theres a gray area then fast is 11.9 on down

thats great..love that pic...as for the lt1 guys...dont get em in a ruffle, i was just trying to fan a little bit of the fire between the ls1 and lt1 guys. friendly competition always goes a long way...as long as you keep the cheap shots to a minimum

I think there is supposed to be a cruise night at Katmandu on Wed this week. I'm not sure if it's a Trenton Thunder event or who is sponsoring it, but it might be worth checking out. I'm not a fan of the people who frequent Katmandu, but I can look past that if the cruise night is for a good cause.
