no its dell inspiron 6400 t1300 has a gig of ram 1.66ghzprocesser 60 gig hd cd/dvd rw 15.4" screen. only thing wrong with it it has a thumb print of dead pixels on right side where some a hole decided to pick it up by. needs windows installed,outsidecase on top has some scratches but its in working order i used it for bout a week then ereased hd if u put xp on it and can deal with thumb print your good 2 go lol i can get prob bout 250 on ebay but im not interested in the hassle $200 would probably be great for tuneing,also has built in wifi
