Hey guys I have a 87 iroc-z.. The floor pans , up under the driver and passanager seat are rotted out. Up to the fire wall...How is the best way to get another set of floor pans or can I juss make something out of sheet metal or what....

I would be surprised if you can't get replacement stuff.
Is this your daily car?

standard sheet metal while okay for a small patch panel will not be strong enough to do the entire floor, thats why they are bead rolled which makes them much more ridgid.

Hawksthirdgen and Eckler's tend t be a bit high on shiping prices and soemtimes Eckler's crap runs crazy high on pricing too. Google what u need man, get part numbers, explore junk yards... Try ContemporaryCorvette down in PA, Ill take you down there this weekend (got nuttin to do) . they had like 10 diff random parts for my car and they have everything you could ever need.... acres of wrecked corvettes and fbodies.... ill send u a pm

Hey guys thanks for helping me out on this. Last night my brother told me I can have his 91 rs . Witch is in great shape , so im just going to swap everything out to the 91 thanks again....

I have the same thing going on with mine but they aren't rotted to the firewall however i would like to replace the with two new floor pans. Anyone ever weld in their floor pans themselves that would be willing to help?
