I just bopped down to 7-11 to get my Slurpee jonez taken care of, and while I was there I saw prolly the biggest guy I've ever seen! He walked in, and I swear I thought the door frame was gonna be too small for him to pass through! He bought a sammich and a couple cans of the big Arizona teas, and those big cans in his hands looked like a normal soda can in my hand. We both got to the register at about the same time, and I told him to go ahead first, and I stood in his shadow for a minute. lol I think he was prolly a bouncer or cop, cause he was dressed in a white shirt and tie, but was wearing combat boots. Or maybe he was a pro wrestler and I just didn't recognize him...

gotta love the bouncers in and around this area. they get hired to keep people from fighting, yet they are usually the first ones to throw down. it's not like it used to be when i was a "doorman". we were diplomats first, fighters second. and we only threw down when the cooler said it was time. then again, it was a much different atmosphere than around here, too. we made enough money between our "salaries" and bonuses that i didn't have to work during the day.

anyway, next time you see someone like that, dressed like that, look real closely at the tie if you get a chance. more often than not, if they have to wear a tie, it's a clip-on. you don't want someone dragging you around by your tie... and the look on their face when the tie comes off in their hand is priceless...

I think I saw a movie you were in...you drove a Buick Riviera that was always getting the tires slashed and the windshield broken, you carried around your medical records n' had a hot doctor after ya, there was a monster truck that was driven through a car dealership showroom, and Jeff Healey, the blind guitarist/vocalist was in it, playing a blind guitarist/vocalist. OH SNAP! My bad, that wasn't you, that was Patrick Swayze in "Roadhouse."

ha ha. no, it wasn't a riviera, it was an impala and it wasn't a doc, it was one of the waitresses (i still wake up in a cold sweat when i dream about her). never had the windshield broken, and no rebel yells from any monster trucks. plenty of yer kin up there, tho... redneck, through and through. and they all have cameros on their front lawn, rusted out old heaps up on blocks.

i have come to the conclusion that there is no hope for you, bob.
