I've been thinking about getting a dedicated race car for a while, and a Camero is a pretty good choice. This Camero looks to be along the lines of what I'd need, so I might truck up to Conn to check this Camero out.

I love it when they leave their number in the ad. Therefore you don't have to deal with Ebay at all.

I love it when the owner of a CamAro, who has CamAro spelled all over the car, still spells it CamEro. I know Bob does it on purpose - the owners should know better.
Who races 2nd gens anyway? They look about as aerodynamic as a brick.

Looks like a real project. Better get allot more pics before you start bidding. I like to see the underside of the car, and engine compartment. Can't see how the cage is installed, need to make sure it's done right/NHRA compliant

That car is a complete pile of pooh. The few shots where you can see the welds on the roll bar look like bird sheit. And you should not have gussets where the door bar intersects the main hoop. So at the very least the roll cage is a loss, the rest of the car looks to be a marginal. And I call bullsheit on the cert to run 9's, unless it to run 9's to the 60' mark. I see no cut off switch poking out the rear of the car or underneath (could be out of view, the pics are about as good as the cage install). More trouble than its worth. Skip and keep on looking, you'll be way ahead of the game.
The best thing pictured is the kirkey seat......that's worth more than the car itself.
Here's something I found quick on racingjunk.com

much better base to start with....and its a hardtop car....and 3rd gens are pretty much bolt-together deals....except for the cage.
Good Luck

i think the last thing u need is another toy. Finish the ones you have first and then pick up something new. Your credit card will like you better for it.
