hey guys, will a 700r4 trans bolt up to an lt1?

Yes. In fact, the '92/'93 Y-body and '93 LT1 F-cars came with a 4L60; regular 700-R4. The 4L60-E wasn't introduced until '94.

you will need a throttle cable bracket from a 93 to allow you to hook up the TV cable

you'll need a 92-93 Throttle body and cable mounting bracket for the intake from an Auto as well, all others do not have the tab for the cable.

It'll bolt up to an LS1 also...or any of the variants...4.8/5.3/6.0.....I happen to have a nice 6.0 for sale just waitin for a 700 to be bolted up to it ; )
