anyone know where to get an NJ personal watercraft license?

ie for jet ski?

You have to get the boating certificate and then you can add the "boat operator" to your normal NJ dmv license. But "boat operator" is only needed in non tidal waters in NJ. So any river without tide markers or lakes without markers it would be required. But everyone has to have the certificate and they will pull you over to check for it. There are a bunch of places that offer the courses and you usually take the test at the end of the course and 99% of the people pass and get the certificate.

yeah tidal waters need the boating safety certificate. non tidal waters need that plus a boating license which is usually added to your driver's license.

it an easy to take the test they do it in two day like 4 hour a day or on sat in 8 hours

I doubt its hard. They gave it to us in 5th grade since we all live on the water around here. Something about, get it out of the way now and its done for when your turn 13. Wow that wasnt 10 years ago...

took it today. very easy but very long and tedious.

I did the boat license course in one 8 hour session, just give up a Saturday. Extremely easy if you've ever been on a boat before. I got a 94/100 and took it back when I was 13!
