I am the second owner and have all the maintenance records to the car. It has 175K Miles on it but don't let that number scare you away. It was just dyno tuned at TTP Performance and put down 333RWHP/339RWTQ so that shows the the motor is still very alive. Oil pressure never drops below 40-45 PSI and has been run using synthetic oils it's entire life. The car just received a full tune up and trans service. Visit my fquick account for all the info on the car: www.fquick.com/NJNETSFAN .
Things to consider
Every aspect of the car makes it seem like it has 75K miles on it until you look down on the odometer.
The Interior is in perfect condition, no rips or anything.
About $650 was just put into the stereo between speakers, HU, and Sub.
The tires have 75% percent left.
The rims are in great condition, no curb rash!!
In 01-02 the rear axles were replaced for some reason along with new pinion seal in the diff(have receipts from dealer).
The car just put down those dyno numbers and I think that proves that the engine is pretty healthy.
The clutch only has 40K on it.
The only reason I may want to get rid of the car is because when I was in the car market for a F-body I really wanted a Trans Am WS6 but they were all out of my price range so I bought this car. Well 6 months later, and that itch for a WS6 still has not gone away so I want to see if maybe I can get that itch to go away. I'm looking to trade up for an 01-02 WS6 M6.
I have 9K in the car, but would let it go for $8500 obo. The mods would catch over 2 grand if you wanted to sell them. If I got $8500 for it, I would include the LS1 intake, Monsoon HU, EGR setup, stock hood, etc. go with the car. For the price, your getting a lot, but I know the miles are high, but the car has a lot of new stuff on it and front end was painted before I got it because of all the highway driving the guy did so the car really does look like it has 50K miles on it. Also, the headlights are new so they don't have the haze. The car is super clean!!
