Where can I find a 13lb. vented radiator cap? Stant lists one which is non-vented.

Ok i think you are not asking the question the correct way a vented cap cant hold any pressure it bleads by -- a 13 pound cap will allow the rad to work only up to that preesure and than blead off the extra - a 13 pound cap can run temps at or above boiling ( 212 ) the reason they have pressure caps in the first place -- jz

i think hes looking for the kind with the little red tab on top you can use to relieve the pressure

I having a high temp issue. Up to 250 degees steady with the ac on and 220-230 w/o ac on. I was toying with the idea to use a 13lb cap to see what results I got with a new stock rad. 180 T-stat, new antifreeze. Water pump flows fine through the core.

different things can cause this - if it has a de clutch fan that is free wheeling the correct amount of air is not being pulled through the rad - a semi clogged rad can cause this - sometimes the rad hoses can collapse causing the flow to almost stop -- need more info on what you have and what has led up to this - jz

I just installed a Be Cool radiator and now temp stays at 195 w/wo AC on. Still looking for the spring for the bottom rad hose.
