Hope some one can help me. I posted this in CNJ cause I need help finding a tow company to get a parts car I'm purchasing from a member here in Forked River, to my house in Eastampton (Mt. Holly area.) I was hoping to find some one who isn't going to rape me due to a short time line. I'm trying to use my contacts, but they're all in upper CNJ and are short handed, so they don't wanna take long-far away jobs. Any help would be great, even a "do not use" reference.

You can't get a pickup and rent a trailer?

Probably could, but no one I know would let me use their truck. They would help, but then I'm at the mercy of their schedule. I figured, just pay some one to do it, and be done, but that ended up being a hassel too.

I thought of that, but none of these trucks have the tow package ready to go. Don't wanna loose my job before my vert is even on the road. I've had this thing for two or three months and haven't even driven it yet. :(

Thanks Chris, I'm gonna get him a call tonight. You da man.

Believe it or not (and I did it for a parts truck) AAA will tow anything for you and they just mark it as one of your usual tows.

That is, if you have AAA.

AAA trucks are supposed to look for plates & check registration. So slap plates on it. And regular AA might not cover it, you might need AAA+ (extra mileage)

<-- had 77 towed home by AAA from Maryland when I bought it.

And regular AA might not cover it,

Last time I checked Alcoholics Anonymous did not tow cars. :-)

AAA has refused to tow me when it hasn't been a roadside emergency, and I have AAA Gold...

Thanks for the help guys, unfortunatley I dont have AAA. I used to, and had gotten a parts car for my s10 towed before with it. I think zeek is just going to take it apart. I'll probably help him.

Problem with AA, is they don't work for beer.

Yea, zeek is catching some serious flack for having the parts car sitting. Needs to get out of there by about last week :)
