... it was right around the block so i decided what they heck. after like 30min there i decided to run home and get the SKY as well. I put in 6 votes just myself for my SS and said forget the sky... well the sky still got more and i got a lame trophy for that and nothing for the SS... oh well. The SS is starting to really bore me lately. thoughts of selling it keep surfacing, but i fight them off, for now at least.

put the new fun stuff in and you'll forget about selling it (hopefully)

I wouldn't sell the camaro just because it didn't win anything in a show.

What did the sky win?

no offense but...it basically looks like a stock SS with an unpainted weird bumper

get all that stuff done, THEN take it out to shows

Well maybe when they have a class for Chyrsler Concorde Coupes, you can start winning more.

well the people there with real taste probably voted for the camaro over the sky

eh its not that its about taste. and just because it didnt win anything isnt the reason its boring me. ive just had it for 7 years now and im growing indifferent to it.

however, the rest of its build up is being put on the back burner till after deployment, and a new project is being started in the meantime. I will not discuss details of this build, i want to keep it a secret. all i will say is the following... LS-based motor, auto, flat black, and codename: Project Stealth. that is all, the car has already been located and im picking it up towards the end of the month. Tha'll give me time to take a break from the SS.

I wouldn't give up on the SS Paul, you have some good ideas brewing for it and the steady income to do whatever the F you want at this point

You know how many shows I've been to in the Z and no one looks interested until I turn it on? I just go to shows to BS with my friends and hang out.

So you didn't win a $2. trophy with the Camaro, that's no reason to sell it.

ill say it again.....

and just because it didnt win anything isnt the reason its boring me. ive just had it for 7 years now and im growing indifferent to it.

ive just had it too long to keep me interested. As for shows etc whatever, i did win 3rd a few years back at etown for camaro/firebirds. that made me happy then, just now, theres nothign exciting with the car for me, i basically built what i wanted and came to an end... now what? yes i can go more insane of course, but thats not what i envisioned the car as. once the blower and other stuff i have is on, its done. and will nto get modded any more. Hell, even the blower may be switched to project stealth.

 thats what I say

I think everyone gets that feeling about their cars but most of us change our minds after a little while.
