Hi Everyone,
This is a really easy way for you to raise money for rescue.
Just go to this link:
http://www.petfinder.com/disasterprep
about halfway down, click on Vote Here
put in Pennslvania and Mid-Atlantic English Springer Rescue.
The top two vote getting rescues with a $5000 grant from petfinder.
You can vote every day per computer, so if you remember that would be awesome.
Thanks for your help!

Now it won't let me vote again yet, so it's apparently 1 day from when you last voted. And of course I'm right

For a great cause. I stickied the thread. Everyone please vote for an animal shelter. I personally voted for the one I got my dog from which is the Burlington County Animal Shelter which is in Mount Holly.

Here is another way to help the animals in the rescues. www.theanimalrescuesite.com
If you go here and click on the link and keep hitting back and clicking on the link again, you will be helping feed the animals in the rescues. The sponsors of the site will donate so many bowls of food per click.

never knew the three listed existed. one is no longer accepting intakes, but they say they'll help you with locating and adopting one.

Voted. This is awesome....even if the shelter/rescue you voted for doesn't win the grant, it still raises awareness which is crucial.
On a related note, Puppy Mill Awareness Day 2008 is this Saturday, September 20th. Over-breeding is the biggest reason so many shelters and rescues are needed, and puppy mills and backyard breeders are to largely to blame for that.
