its in the haynes manual. reading it now seems like a total pain in the ass.

1) Working from inside the vehicle, located the clutch master cylinder retaining nuts and back them off until they are at the end of the threads on the U-bolt that retians the master cylinder to the firewall.
2) Clean the dirt and grease from the reservoir cap to prevent any foreign matter from entering the system, then remove the reservior cap and diaphram
3) Attach a piece of wire long enough to reach the ground to the left of the hood strut bracket.
4) Raise the vehicle and place securely on jackstands
5) Remove the clutch release cylinder retaining nuts and then release cylinder. hang the release cylinder from the piece of wire
6) Lower the vehicle
7)Holding the release cylinder, depress the pushrod about 25/32-inch into the release cylinder and hold it there. Install the diaphram and reservoir cap while hold in the release cylinder pushrod.
8) Make sure the release cylinder is lower them the master cylinder , then press the pushrod into the release cylinder bore with short strokes. Inspect the master cylinder for air bubbles. Continue stroking the pushrod until thre are no more bubbles entering the reservoir.
9) Raise the vehicle and place securely on jackstands
10) Remove the wire suspending the release cylinder and install the cylinder and retaining nuts.
11) Lower the vehicle
12)Remove the wire from the hood strut bracket
13)Tighten the clutch master cylinder nuts.
14)Inspect fluid level in the clutch master cylinder reservoir.
