Without a whole story, I got a ticket for tint. I was going to try and pay it online because a court appearance is not required, but can't find ANY indicator of how much it is? If nothing else I will probably just go to the municipal building tomorrow but figured I'd ask here first. Thanks.

Doesn't it tell you online, when you try to pay for it? I know my tickets did..

Yea I thought it would, I put in the Court ID, Prefix, Ticket #, and License plate like it asked... it returned nothing  I'll just go to the building tomorrow on lunch if I can't find anything tonight.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it. Albeit strange, got it.

It takes some time for the ticket to enter the system.

Always $54 until they decide they want more money per ticket

hey, if you bring me your cars, i will remove the tint for $54, and then you won't have to worry about anymore tickets. i'm serious. it can't really mean that much to you to have tint on your windows, can it? that you have to budget the ticket money? strange days, indeed... most peculiar, momma...

The good thing about tint is that they will pull you over for that and then they will look for other possible violations since you are already pulled over. Then they will find the loud exhaust, missing cats, blacked out taillights and the other neat mods that aren't legal. General rule of thumb, don't do anything that makes you stick out or a target to get pulled over. Like an expired inspection sticker, we know nobody drives around with those on their car!

take a picture of cops committing the violations and try to use it as leverage in court.
