Ive been going back and forth with Josh from JS trying to get my car to him for months. Originally I was going to drive it there but currently it would not make the long trip im sure.

Im looking for someone with a trailer, etc interested in making some cash to move my car from my house to Josh's shop.

Keep in mind it is QUITE a long way away, im all the way up in Vernon, basically at the NY State border, so of course I will cover any fuel expenses on top of an agreed fee to move the car.

I would prefer to discuss any fees through PM's. Thanks

It's worth the cost. You could prolly sign up for AAA+ for less than the cost to pay for a tow from Vernon to Josh's shop.

if nothing pans out, I have a trailer and truck that I can use to tow, but I'm away for work for a lot of october, and its used on weekends so that's out of the question.

AAA+, not just AAA

Cutting it very close on their 100 miles of free towing

I rented a trailer from U-Haul when I took my car down to Josh. It cost $80 total to rent it for the day out of Jersey City. My dads 08' Pathfinder took my Z down without a problem.

AAA+ might give you crap unless it's a "breakdown on the side of the road". They wouldn't tow me unless that was the case.

That is BS, they screwed you dry. The car is broken down and being towed to a shop. Where it breaks down is irrelevant (not including the track I guess). If that happened you should have gotten on the phone and yelled at AAA. They will balk at towing from one shop to another, that is in the contract I think. I used to have to talk to AAA for customers when cars were towed out of my shop that we could not (or would not) repair.

<--AAA+ towed my Z from a house in MD to my house when I bought it. 98.9 miles. No questions, it had plates.

I've had a car towed from my house before, no questions asked.

due to the overwhelming amount of people that have signed up for AAA plus a few years back just for the free towing AAA has changed their policy regarding the plus membership. You must be a AAA member for at least 1 year without using your membership priveledges at all to be eligible for AAA plus.
