View Full Version : Any comcast subscribers having trouble accessing email?

Like the title says, I have not been able to check my email for two days, and get frustrated playing the game to talk to a real person.

I can access my account info, and everything else, but when I go to get my email it just never loads.

I can get to it at home but I don't recall having any new emails since early Saturday.

If I go to the website I can get in fine...my mail program(Thunderbird) has been acting weird for the last 2 weeks. Some days I can connect, other days it seems like Comcast isn't allowing POP3 programs to connect.

Try "mail2mail.com" to see if you can access it....it'll let you know if its the mail center or just them....


Then again, I have no comcast, therefor, NO issues.

I dunno what it is, they have a new "SmartZone" as the webmail homepage...for some reason I cant get that to work. Great timing for them to re-do their ****, when I am expecting an email from a potential employer.
