I finally got around to getting the video on the web and had a great time at Atco last Thursday. I ran into a older gentleman in a great looking black G8. We were equally optioned from the factory and his mods included LT's, Rotofab intake, HSRK, and VMS tune. The car sounded great and performed equally well.

Suffice to say I came to the track looking for a 13.2 with my mods which include a TTPerformance tune and a custom CAI. I am going Wednesday to get the car retuned for the intake so I expect these numbers to improve but I was happy to hit the time I did.

I redlighted a bit trying to get out on this more powerful G8 and we ended up with quite a finish with him clearly pulling back the small lead I got in the beginning. His car was STRONG up top.

He caught up to you pretty quickly, but didn't seem to pull away. This mean you're coming to Island Friday? And all things considered...doesn't seem like the LT's and HSRK (whatever that is) really helped. Or his official CAI as opposed to yours.

If you check the slip, he steadily made up the 4 tenths I got him on in the beginning. Trust me when I say he was realllly coming right at the end. The LT's really wake these cars up and the HSRK is a IAT sensor relocation kit that moves the sensor from the MAF to a more suitable location for readings. It helps to avoid heat soak thus (HSRK = Heat Soak Reduction Kit).

I unfortunately won't be able to run on Friday which sucks because I'm going for my retune for the intake tomm. Hopefully I'll be able to make one more trip before the season is done but w/e.

He had Brian covered by 3.9 mph....I say that's a little bit of an improvement....

I only watched the video, where the catch up from half track on wasn't as obvious. You two trap at the 1/8 faster than my truck traps in the 1/4
