is it worth paying 50.00 for them to add them to a 94 formula?

WS6 = better then stock, not better then after market.
The WS6 bars should be thicker then what you have, but I think they are still hollow. You're better off putting the money towards aftermarket.

The rear sway bar is the same 19mm bar that is on the none ws.6 & SS cars
Only the front 32mm sway bar is different compared to the 30mm front bar used on the T/A, Formula, Z28's
1993 1LE was the only 4th gen to have a larger 21mm rear sway bar compared to the standard 19mm bar used and that was because of the softer spring rates the rear springs had that year..
So you would have been buying the same bar that you already have..

For $50 I would call it a worth while improvement.

Yep.
For $25 (if you can swing a split) I'd swap front bars though. 32mm vs 30mm will be worth it.
