i have one that i made for exactly this setup. Its made from 1/8x3? flat aluminum, drilled, filed and shaped to fit the edelbrock carb. It mounts to both studs on the driverside. The bracket parts are pieces of a universal that i bolted to it. It worked very well, it looks pretty good too, polished or coated it would look even better. It has provisions for the tv cable too.

If you are interested, i can get a pic tonight.

the aluminum is unfinished, as i bought it, could be painted, buffed, powdercoated, or left alone.
Hardware is all stainless with nylon lock nuts
the bracket parts are chrome, the cut ends are slightly rusty, nothing major
the piece has been sitting for a year and a half, so its a little dirty.
