I changed from an edelbrock inline fuel pump http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=EDL%2D3594&N=700+400065+4294836965+115&autoview=sku and my fuel pressure was at 50psi at the rail. I changed to a Aeromtovie 700hp efi pump http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?autofilter=1&part=AEI%2D11106&N=700+115&autoview=sku and it was 60 psi at the rail so i turned my regulator back to where it read 50 psi at the rail. Is this normal for putting in larger fuel pump with the larger volume, etc? Will i need to do any tuning on the car after this change or not?

I won't think any retuning would be needed. Even if you have slightly higher fuel pressure the ECM will read this and shorten the injector pulse to compensate. Might take a few miles of driving before the CEL reflexs the change. The only time you really have issues with high fuel pressure is trying to get a good idle as the ECM can have difficulty managing large (50+ LB ) injectors and high fuel pressures as it only uses 1 cell for cold idle operation.

Since your main concern is fuel I would at least verify your fueling hasn't changed since the last tune throughout the powerband. Considering wideband setups start at around $200 its cheap insurance.

anytime u change a fuel pump, even with the same kind, u should check and or re-set ur pressure.
