i email this guy about a car on auto trader and get this back

"Hello,
What state are you in?
This perfect working condition, low mileage (only 19,000 miles) 2005 Audi S4
(with a clear title and the remainder of the factory warranty) is still for
sale at the price of $16,800.
The car is accident-free, it doesn't have any dents, chips or scratches and
the interior is great, never smoked in.
All the maintenance done on a regular basis and I have all service records
for it.
I'm currently on vacation in Hawaii, but I can ship you the vehicle at my
expense and give you 5 days for inspection.
The financial part of this transaction will be provided by eBay Motors.
If interested please reply with your full name, shipping address and phone
number and I will give you more info about this transaction.
Thank you,
Donald"

16500 for a 2005 S4 is extremely fishy...

I've heard of this too many times! My friend was looking at a SRT-8 Cherokee that was priced very low. So he asked me to check it out and I said it sounds a little weird. After looking at the ad together we happened to notice palms trees in the back ground, which was pretty funny because his location was Illinois. Needless to say he didn't buy it!

This is definately a SCAM...

Best practice is if you can't meet the person face to face, see the vehicle in person, drive it, and see the title... don't do it!!!

I always say, "Don't buy something from someone today that you can't punch in the face tomorrow.."
