Hey Y'all,
Can anyone recommend a good custom exhaust shop in Northern NJ? I have a LoudMouth II on the car now that I need to get rid of.
Thanks in advance
John

Always been a fan of the meineke in Hawthorne 07506 its about 10 minutes from rt.208 they've done a bunch of exhaust work on my car and a bunch of my friends cars and they always gave me a good deal. Their only problem is calling you back at the end of the day if they say it'll be done before they close, you just have to check up on em.

There's also KC's Kustom on Franklin Tpke in Ramsey (Gulf station across from SR)

....and if you are just looking for a shop to install a different pre-made catback, any of the north jersey sponsors can help you out....TTP, SSP, and TMR.

I personally haven't used them but plan to check them out in the future when I'm looking to get a little work of my own done. I drive past all the time (when i'm home), their shop truck is pretty badass and I'm willing to bet they know what they're doing.

I hope you don't seriously rate the abilities of a shop by what they park out front. I know some stupid and lazy mechanics that have nice cars of their own and do terrible work for their customers.

No, but they came recommended from a friend a while back.
I've just never had work done there personally

We perform all custom installations in-house. My guys prefer doing a complete custom exhaust job vs. slapping on a pre-made exhaust.
Let us know what you are looking for or stop down during the week!

KC did my truck and my brothers vette, they lack a mandrel bender however the work KC did on both cars was stellar

I second the Hawthorne shop I got my cats installed there. I think the guy who runs the shop is Joe. Pricing and service was fair I thought...
