Would anyone be down for a hicking and/or camping trip like probably a week or so from now? Yes, I know its cold out so it'll be ten times worse at night but I've done it before and was wondering if there would be any takers. This wount be like just hanging out and getting drunk. This is realy cold camping and really kinda like a test. Any how post up if interested.

Ususally when I go I go with what I need and hike off of a terrain map and compass. So this isnt a Sunday hiker follow trails trip.

Finals. I'm guessing all other college people are in the same boat.

Finals are optional. lol. It would probably be a Saturday so if it was to turn into a camping night we could do so without missing work.

I'm thinking like maybe just an 8 mile hike with a stop for lunch so 5 hours plus wouyld be a good estimate on time. So really not that bad and its not too much if ur not a hiker. I could leave a good camping hicking trip for another time. My parents don't want me to do them alone anymore for so reason they won't say.

Last year I went one time and I took what was supposed to be an hour nap but my fone alarm never went off so I had to hike about 2 hours in darkness. I had my flashlight and knife tho but was kinda freaky.

Go up to NH they got some nice really nice trails and mountains but
**** it's cold out there.

I actually think the winter transition to snow is the coldest as the winds are the highest.
