How many things can show not working on obd2 and still pass?

2 monitors not ready for '96 to '00. All monitors must be ready for '01 up.

Ok so if i have the egr shut off (at the pcm) and everything else works it should pass

If the EGR is shut off through the PCM then the test should be set to self pass. It will be fine.

Ok great:rofl:. I keep getting a code 405 (egr low input)and cant find the problem. So i am going to shut it off

really? I thought '01 and up you could pass with one monitor not set.

I try my hardest to keep the car legal. Nj is a pain but it is somthing i have learned to accept.
