Be there! Atco will be opening up for the first time this year. I just ordered $525 worth of race goodies in anticipation. Weather looks to be in the high 30's and it's looks to be clear. Spread the word. This is my first time going this early in the year, but I hear it's almost like a rental atmosphere. Cbrmike, featherburner, Al, etc., maybe you guys will get more than 2 runs in this time if you head out

As of now, Atco is on for tomorrow! Looking for a new PB first time out. The nittos are on the back of the car and I just changed the air filter/fuel filter/ and oil today so it's all ready for the 09 season.

I added a ported/polished/epoxied TB and last time out was my first time on old ET Street drag readials and I wasn't very good at launching on them. I know the TB gave me a descent amount of hp(10-15 flywheel) because I felt the tune on the car was a little too rich and it helped lean it out a little. I'm hoping for like 10 runs today to get used to launching on DR's. I was just straight dumping it last time I went and that's how I'm gonna end up breaking ****. I'm gonna try a 4500rpm partial slip and see how it goes first run out. As the day goes on and I get the hang of it I'll be trying to get a 1.8x 60'. So far my best is a 2.10 on DRs. I may take the swaybar end links off at the track but I'm not sure if I'm going to yet.
