I went for a mountain bike ride and it was 61 degrees and sunny so I had to wash the cars. I know we'll probably get some rain in a day or 2 but it's nice to keep the car clean and try to keep down the salt for now.
I cant wait to get home to wash my car, its all covered in salt and other PA crap...

yes. i also used the pressure washer up under the car, trying to knock off as much salt/sand as possible. that's the jeep, you know. the other car hasn't moved since october. but we did go to the boardwalk to get some exercise in. many, many people had the same idea.

I wanted to wash the Jeeps yesterday, but my 2-year-old daughter is sick, so I wound up staying inside. Ah well, I'll clean them up next week - I'm on vacation!!!

My garden hose is still semi-frozen. I went to a gun show instead and worked on my bike in the garage!

I was going to but I got caught up helping my dad clean the garage and getting the Donzi ready to move inside to do some work. If the temp goes up I may wash it today after I change my brake pads.

There really was no point in washing your car because with all the melting and salt still on the road, your car would just get dirty again. My girlfriend insisted on getting her car washed on Sat. By time we got back to her house it didn't look much different than it did before it went to the car wash.

Do you not shower? You will get dirty anyway, why waste water?

It's always worth it to wash the car whenver you can to keep the dirt/salt buildup to a minimum. You just need to remember to drain the hose so it's ready to go in the winter. I washed it last weekend and got salt on it again this past week so it made it a lot easier to wash it yesterday. Don't worry, as soon as the salt is gone, we'll have pollen all over the place!

Haven't washed the G8 in a few weeks so it was due even though it did get a little bit messed up from melted snow. No big deal. Nice to see it look normal even for a couple days.

I wanted to but ran out of time. I did get some things straightened out in the garage, and cleaned one side out enough to allow someone to temporarily store their 73 Camaro in my garage. I hope it is decent next weekend. Then maybe I’ll make more progress, start some small projects on the Z.

I washed the exterior and interior of the Ram for the first time in a while yesterday. Rubber Floors FTW.
