If you could have any f-body, what would you want? I think in this thread we should stick to stock cars, or dealer installed equipment.
I don't think I have seen this done on here before, if it has them mods feel free to delete.
I'll go first:

I was about to write this until I scrolled down and saw your quote. When I was in high school a good friend fo mine, his dad owned one. When I saw it in 1994 it was in the garage covered on jack stands with 14,000 miles on it. His dad bought it new in '69 form the chevy dealership on Rt17 in Paramus. It had side pipes and crager s/s wheels on it, hood pins and he painted the back panel around the tail lights black(he is a body man by trade).Back in 2000 or so it was in Muscle Car magazine and the magazine stated that it is the only COPO known in his color. I think the code was 55 for the paint. It looked aqua-blue color with black interior and a black vinyl top.

either a 74 trans am black/gold with the sd 455 or 77 trans am black/gold with the 6.6 or 1969 white/blue stripe
My first thought was "I don't think you could get a '74 T/A SD455 in black/gold," but then I found this 1974 John Player Special concept car:
http://www.1973-76transamconcept.com/images/ad.jpg
More info: http:
//www.1973-76transamconcept.com/ (http://www.1973-76transamconcept.com/)
I've been a fan of these colors since it came out as a factory combo in 1976, but until now I never realized where that paint scheme originated. Makes sense, given the success and popularity of the JPS Lotus F1 cars in the mid-70s:
