I'm one of the photography editors for yearbook at school so of course my car is going to show up in the yearbook a few times. Here's the one that's going on the sweetest rides spread:

btw that's taken in the school parking lot. hopefully no one notices the black strips down the entire parking lot :shifty:
your actually going to publish a photo of you doing something illegal on school property in the school yearbook?

worded like that it seems like a pretty dumb idea.
the yearbook teachers thought it was cool though. if anyone says anything about it we won't, or we might just do a collage and block the background, we'll see.

Pic looks great but unless teachers dont care i agree with Cbrrmike
who cares what the teachers say? i would care more about any police officers assigned to the school....good way to be on the **** list in the future is letting anyone and everyone see that

cool pic 8-) I agree with Mike as a general thing but the schools around here (unless it's Manchester) don't have police assigned to them who would see the picture and if the teachers are cool with it, why not.

it's a very small school so there's no police assigned to it and none of the teachers really care. the yearbook teachers thought it was cool. the principal watched one of my friends do a burnout and just kinda laughed and told him not to do it again.

See i was good friends with my School officer forgot about them. hHe has an 11 sec B4c and prob wouldnt have cared. I would be worried about teachers and school sueing for property damage or something like that. Still an awsome pic I would love to take one of my car doing a smokey burnout. But I would have no idea where to take one. I dont think you could get a shot as nice as that one at atco.

one of my teachers texted me last night and said that after the budget meeting at my school last night a bunch of the dads were standing around admiring my tire tracks and talking about how they did the same thing in high school. one of them did a burnout in his jeep when he left haha.

Yeah but I figured that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Favoritism, etc.
We all know substitute teachers don't have lives though

On my last day of high school I did a huge burnout in the parking lot, and so did my friend in his mustang, then we left. A teacher came out and asked if someone's car overheated because he saw all the smoke, but my dumb friend said "No that was just Mike and Chris doing burnouts." Luckily they were in a good mood since it was the last day and they didn't care.

haha, giving me ideas for next year :D.(I'm a junior right now). Don't think my school would be as cool though, we have cops assigned to it who love to shoot radar in the parking lot(wtf?).

haha i didn't realize how weird that sounded. that's why i'm not worried about getting in trouble though, most of my teachers are actually really cool. i don't hang out with teachers outside of school but i have a few numbers for homework and yearbook purposes. the one who texted me is good friends with my older brother.

In highschool My friends use to take our shop cars and do 60 mph and slam them into park. We also would surf on the roof and drive by the cafteria. Wow my friends were dumb. I just stood back and laughed. Its pretty funny watching teachers freak out

Its pretty funny watching teachers freak outWe had a kid in HS that did that, and the next "fun" thing he decided to do - to jump over a moving car. His theory was if the other car is going fast enough, and he jumps high enough he should clear it. Well the car did go pretty fast, but he did NOT jump high enough. Result? His brain splatted all over the ground. And that's why I maintain my opinion that HS kids lack intelligence.

You must have went to newton high school? I remember something happening like this in like 02 or 03.. high school kids are quite stupid sometimes and just don't think before they do things and what the possible results may be..

Why would you put a picture of your car as the background to your school yearbook? If I went to your school and I was paying $80+ for a year book I would be pissed to see any ones car as the background. I can see if its the shop car but not the yearbook loser's daily driver....
My school officer is cool as hell. I get free tickets from my coach who gets them from him. I have seen him on the train, in penn station drunk out of his mind and even at devils games..
