We are hiring 1-2 shop techs and 2-3 Sales associates for up front we also have a open position for an assistant manager.
It isn't the best but it's a steady job for the time being.

Whats the manager pay like?
store or service manager?

There is no service manager. Assistant and Auto Center manager do both front and back shop management.

WHat he said they work up front and in the shop basically the same job.

Ass.Man.'s make anywhere from 30-45k a year, plus commission plus bonus. If you find a good store with good people, its a good job. Get a suckass store, and run for the hills.
