This is my first stick car and i dont really know that much about what clutch i should get. I want to get a Zoom clutch, i have heard good reviews on them. the only thing i am not too sure about is what pressure plate diameter and disk spling i should get.

What's your power level?

by power level you mean horsepower right?

just for a stock engine, it just has intake and exhaust.

Im going to be buying a clutch soon as well. Did hear alot of good things about the Zoom clutches, does anyone know which to get? the 30000 series or the HP series?

We have our own line of custom clutches here at JS Performance. We can taylor the clamping force and pedal feel to meet your needs and have good durability as well.

I have a few pictures of the various clutches we have done for our customers on my web site JSSpeedAndCustom.com.

Our quality is second to none and you will find our pricing is competitive as well.

yeah before the centerforce i had alot of luck with the Spec clutches...just when mine blew it ruined everything between the engine and trans...so i needed a whole kit and it appealed the most to me....my mechanic never found that throwout bearing, probably pulled the old disappearing act.

No, I'm sure it was junk so he threw it out. Insert groan here.

Skip all the stages and crap, call up JSPerformance and have Josh set you up with a nice custom piece. You will have a clutch that is designed exactly to your needs and costs the same or less than the big cookie cutter ones in the catalogs that may or may not work out.

Josh did clutches for a bunch of us, I love mine and will go back when ever I need the next one.
