rear end is getting shipped to my house soon...so hopefully ill be able to get back down to island by the end of this month or early next month...hopefully this one lasts longer.

hopefully soon...i have to find someone to put it in...i would but dont have the tools for that kinda stuff...anyone got any suggestions on where to go...somewhere in morris county would be great.

a stock one off a friend of mine...it has 4.10 gears and i know i will blow that up by the end of the summer but by that point i should have a 12 bolt on the way
good luck. new parts are always good. a 9" is on my list for when i get back, along with a tune by ttp, 90mmTB, intake manifold, skinnies, slicks and a new driveshaft. Then ill be at Island in the beginning of 2010 beating the hell outta it.

guys just a quick update...im goin to Atlantic city Friday or Saturday to pick up my new rear end...if anyone wants to go down for the ride let me know...should be a fun ride to the other end of the state.

I just did the rear end swap in my 1985 camaro with a late 4th gen posi rear. Doesnt take that many tools at all man.
If your at all mechanically inclined id say buy a decent tool kit and go for it yourself. Its pretty much unbolt a bunch of crap drop old put new in and bolt a bunch of stuff!
