Nobody on that board, or this one too it seems, understands that the guy was joking. didnt the "intake exhausting bypass valve" give it away? The responses posted are the good part. That board is retarted though. When i had my cobalt SS there were a few guys in there with GTOs, diesel trucks, WRXs, always talking ****. It didnt make any sense. Its a cobalt SS forum.
To answer your original questions; Yes, yes they are!

ok so if the cars going foward the motor spins one way, so when the car goes in reverse the motor spins opposite, so when im in neutral the motor is going in both directions which means big boom!

no where near as bad as the kid with the mustang that cleaned out his engine by running water through it lol, then thinking about geting a gtp since the mustangs motor obviously siezed up and he was gonna run a 3.2" pulley on a stock set up lmfao...kaboom!
but still funny

so seeing as how the motor spins the opposite direction in reverse, does that mean I have 5 gears in reverse instead of just one?

no because only with the gear selector in reverse does the motor spin in reverse so as fast as you can go in one gear is the most you have

Doesnt the R on my gear selector stand for race? They have roll racing its once you go through the toll booth and it says Go! EzPass

Its probably the same guy that welded his pinion to his ring gear in an effort to make a cheap "locker", and jokingly made a thread on it on OT because he was concerned that his welds were too sloppy.
