well im going to be doing a head and cam swap on my 98 and im not sure if im going to want to keep the lm2. im looking for something that has a good tone at idle and cruzing and loud at wot. i will be running long tubes with a catted y

Im not sure why you would change...Id put the money elsewhere. W/ the catted setup you should be fine...LM1 isnt even bad here w/ the cats.
