the actual bottom seat part of my driver's seat is ripped, how hard is it to swap the back of my seat to your bottom part? If it's not too difficult i'll def be interested in buying your driver seat

shouldnt be hard at all. there are little screws in the back of the seat rest under the hinges that unscrew and the plastic backing will come off and the rest is self explanatory.
