I...I..can't even come up with a smart ass response....
A V6 guy wants to know what it'd take to pull a wheelie on the street without pulling the motor.
His response later in the thread is epic..
yes i was thinking about working up a weightsystem on th inside where id take the passenger seat out and it would extend into the back trunk and set the weights on 2 parallel rails and use some serious hydralics to push theweights back as i take off. oh and while wheeling on a bike is fun and all i want to get the rush of getting a several 1000 lb car off the ground.
a lot of the reply's are as bad as the question, people saying it takes 500-600 ftlbs of tq to get the wheels up

Tell him to install 5.13 gears, remove all of the front sheet metal, put two donuts up front, add 500 lbs of ballast as far back in the car as possible, and then douse the car in gasoline, set it on fire, and buy a honda.

Heh....James should post the pic of his '97 3.8 pulling the pony on a 13.7 N/A pass at Island. That would throw them for a loop.

Once a week over there someone will ask a different variation on "What does it take to make my V6 beat a V8?" or "How can I make my 2.8 have 400 horsepower?"

the 3.8 is pretty much a 350 with two cylinders cut off...same rods, bearings, pistons, etc
that's the 4.3, asshat...

9's on a 4.3 block is very dangerous territory...hell 10's would rip that block apart.
