I woke up today with a massive headache and all the other fun stuff that goes along with it!

I took a Sudafed day time allergy & sinus pill today and I've got major jitters, but I feel awesome!

My father swears by this. He used to have really bad allergies come springtime, but like 10 years ago some old lady told him about this method and apparently it worked. Makes sense tho.
