Read today in The Record, they are planning on putting stickers on people ages 16-21 with Provisional Licesnes.

On people? Where, their foreheads?

Then I have no problem with that. At 18, I get the basic license with no restrictions, so the sticker would only be on cars with people who have driven under a year.

weren't they changing that law as well? i'm sure you are grandfathered in though.

yeah i heard the gdl is being stretched out over a few years now

I think that the law should be if you don't do the 6 hours and get your permit at 17, these drivers should get the sticker on their car since they have NO experience at all of driving. I'm older than most of my friends and most of them completely suck at driving for the first few weeks, but after that, they are descent drivers.
