Well I signed the papers tuesday and as long as the inspection goes well the closing date will be around jun 13th. Here are some pics. The house has tile and hardwood everywhere but the bedrooms. I will be putting hardwood down before I move in. Its 3 bedroom and a total of 4 baths 2 full and 2 half. with an acre of land

out of curiosity i wont ask you to toss out your financials in public but i was looking to move out of state and NC/SC area is really high on my list, like number 3....behind san jose or napa valley california...but can you shoot me a ballpark range that you were looking at (in pms)....number 3 can quickly become number 1 especially since both 1 and 2 are some of the most expensive markets in the country :lol:

north carolina's priority list of real estate just moved up a notch. i know the local track out by charlotte has a 4 lane drag strip :twisted:

holy hell my girl and I got our 2 bed 2 bath 1100sft condo for 189k 2 years ago,I have been trying to talk her into reselling and moving out of jersey haha.
That deck is awsome.

Charlotte is very city. Houses up there will be high. The track is ZMAX and its bad ass. Im 15 min to the beach

and it sucks, take it from me being im 45 mins from there, the staff is horrible, they play the music so loud there to the point its hard to hear the cars, all of the local people on the forums are tired of it and they are sticking with their local 1/8th mile dragstrips.
