Holy **** Ricers

SNM and I decide to head out to the car meet for the first time this summer over on rt 35 by the McDonalds and Party Store. Its not a bad showing with a mix of imports, muscle, and trucks.

Well, the ricers decide to do lots of burnouts around the parking lot. This clears out most people because cops are soon to follow...but it gets sooo much better. The ricers all clear out and head towards rt 18.

So now me, matt, and Al are bull****ting, and a cop flies by the intersection towards 18 with the lights flashing. Not thinking much of it we joke that there is a ricer pile up. About 10 minutes later, some ricer that just left in his honda civic hatchback comes flying into the parking lot with 3 cops on his ass. He dips and weaves around the parking lot, does a burnout and slides sideways into a parking spot about 30 ft from Al's car. The cops pin him in 50 ft from where we are standing.

The driver opens his door and gets out waving at the cop approaching him with gun drawn. This guy tries to kick the cop and gets a boot returned right into his chest. Cops grab this guy cuff him. About 9 cop cars pull in all from Wall, where they chased this guy from.

I cant believe **** like this even happens. What an IDIOT.

I would not go to the rt 35 meet in the next few months from now, or ever.

Matt, Taylor and I were hanging out at the MCD in Ocean, when cops started flying around. We all sat there and said they were probably chasing the street racers around.
5 mins later, here comes this red civic hatch followed by an Integra, followed by Wall and Ocean twp's finest, lights blazing.
They pull back into our lot, then the red civic slows down and then starts to do a burn out to get away!! And then comes to a halt.
Cop comes up to teh car, weapon drawn, and the civic guy got out and KICKED THE COP IN THE BALLS! or he tried, but thanks to his baggy pants and large gut, probably only got as high as the knee.
So the cop procededs to choke this fat asshat out, gun inches away from his face. Guy finally gives up.
So they are questioning the people in the other car, and then they chase out out. My car was boxed in by cops, which numberd 10 or so between Wall and Ocean PD. As I sat there, watching it, the driver of teh other car was still talking ****!! Total amazment...

Oh yeah, there was a brand new SS there, in Red Jewl Metalic. Kid didnt know how to drive stick too well, but the car looked great.
Revving it though...sounded meh for a 426hp car.

Usually it was ok until import guys showed up revving their engines and doing cool front wheel drive burnouts to get the cops attention and makes all of the car guys look guilty..

Well in NY (I haven't been in NJ that long). I have never seen with my own eyes or heard of any one I knew getting busted for having off road mods and I went to alot of car events, also I spent most of my time in westchester, Long Island and the city but my car was registered in Putnam county, as of a few years back you didn't even have to pass emissions (not sure if that is still the case there), you just needed to pass a safety inspection (check tail lights, seat belts, head lights, that sort of thing).

Let's see...
We've got eluding police in a motor vehicle (2nd Degree Crime), resisting arrest (4th Degree Crime) and aggravated assault (Any act of simple assault, such as punching or KICKING, is automatically classified as aggravated assault when it is done to a police officer in the performance of his/her duties, 4th Degree Crime unless the cop was injured, in which case it becomes 3rd Degree).

I'm sure this comes with a plethora of motor vehicle violations also.

Since this happened in Ocean County, I'd say he's going to jail for quite a few months.

Oh, just read the APP article. $1000 in warrants on top of $80k bail. And a suspended license. What a fine human being. The judge should order him neutered so he can't reproduce.
