I have now waited over 2 weeks for a pair of shocks that they said they had in stock. Now I understand free shipping, but my god!!
I would have spent the 7 and change at Summit to have them shipped to me in 2 days had I known about this.
I looked at my paperwork, and it said that it can take up to 10 working days to get them here. Today was Day 11. Ill have to give them a call tomorrow to see if I can find out where the hell my shocks are.
Im beyond upset, and now the rear shocks are really bad, and everything I drive over crashes down in the back. Im beyond pissed..beyond.
Since the Caprice is out due to a ball joint problem, which Im fixing tomorrow, the Camaro has been my main mode of transport for two weeks now.

I thought I posted a thread on here last year about not to buy from them? I ordered Bilsteins from them, and waited 3 months for them to come in. When they did come in, they asked me if I still wanted them , to which I said yes, and then they decided to try and charge me again for what I purchased. I made it very clear to them that I purchased them, and that they better send them out that very day. They look like a good company, but their handling of customer orders just plain suck. Anyody else who reads this thread DO NOT BUY FROM SHOWAREHOUSE.com, their service is poor.

Ah ****, should have done a search online. I have seen them on several sites, and they are a sponsor on GMI.
Total failure, really. Every time I dont buy from summit or jegs, I get ****ed.

Man, seems to be quite a few complaints these days with customer service. Sorry to hear about your bad luck and hope you get your shocks soon.

well, there ya go then.

look, i want to support the mom&pop stores, too. local means everything to me. but they only get one chance at customer service before i call summit or Jugs. i don't want to be screwing around with orders; i want to place the order, pay for it and have the peace of mind that it will arrive before they say it will. that's summit. every time i have placed an order with them it always comes in early by a day or two (depending on which warehouse ships it out). Jugs is always on time; when they say it will be there it will be there.
