i've tryed this in my girlfriends neghborhood it worked a few times hah but i saw this video on youtube they also have another one where a guy backs up and they run away it's pretty funny.

That's hilarious. My friend did this in Carlisle, PA and a cop saw him and wrote him a ticket for holding an imaginary rope across the road, lmao.
